Step 2: Indicate the iCloud status

Tell us if your iDevice is activated (full access to menu and apps, not bypassed) or stuck at the activation phase (white screen).
If stuck at the activation, please indicate whether it is in Clean or Lost mode.
If you don't know the status of your iCloud, please use Check iCloud Status Clean / Lost service first.

All prices are subject to change without notice. If you have any progressing orders, they should not be affected. However, in rare cases, the orders will be rejected and your credits refunded to your account and you should receive a notification explaining the reason.
